BJY 450 ml PET Blowing Mold
Walk down an aseptic bottling line and the defect that stops production most often is not the one on the bottle drawing. It is a bottle lying on its side on the air conveyor, or one that wobbles as it enters the capper. On a 450ml PET bottle that behaviour usually traces back to the base, the part of the mould that gets the least attention during quotation and the most punishment in service.

BJY PET Blow Mold for Bestcrown
A blow mold is only as good as the block it is cut from, and everything that happens in our machine shop is measured against that idea. The body of this 380 ml tool is machined from high strength solid aluminum bar. One piece of metal goes onto the machine, and the cavity, the water channels and the interfaces come out of it. The material is not a line item we negotiate; it is where the behaviour of the tool begins.

BJY PET Mold Core
Melt goes in hot and leaves the machine as a firm tube. In between, the inside of a PET preform is being shaped by one part: the mold core. This one measures 49 × 258.76 mm and weighs 57 g. It is the inner forming member of a PET preform injection mold, made as a matched part for the tool it belongs to.

BJY 98 × 35.58 mm Neck Ring
A neck ring works under conditions that punish soft metal. The clamping unit closes two steel halves around the preform thousands of times per shift, and each closure is an impact. Foshan Baijinyi (BJY) builds this 98*35.58mm insert from mold steel hardened to HRC 53 and finishes the forming face with a DLC diamond coating. The production experience of the Foshan workshop since 2011 demonstrates why this combination should be adopted.
