BJY 36*82 Take-out Plate

Every second your mold holds a preform is a second it is not producing. That is the whole reason the take-out stage exists, and it is where the take-out plate earns its place on the machine. Ours measures 36 x 82 mm and weighs 21.5 g.

Move the Heat, Not the Quality
Cooling inside the cavity blocks the next cycle. Cooling outside overlaps with it. When the mold hands part of the heat removal to the take-out stage, your machine gets its time back, and the plate keeps that handover reliable rather than nominal. The seconds you save inside the mold stay saved, and you do not have to trade preform quality away to get them.
Imported A6061 Aluminum: The Fast Path for Heat
This component works in and out of a hot mold continuously, so we make it from imported A6061 aluminum. Aluminum conducts heat several times faster than steel, which means the heat the plate picks up leaves it again before the next preform arrives and the plate is ready to repeat the job. A6061 also machines to a stable, accurate shape, so the cooling contact stays the same across the whole service life rather than changing as the part ages.
An Even Surface Is What Makes the Shorter Cycle Safe
A shorter cycle is only worth having if the preform arriving at the next station is stable. When the plate cools the preform evenly, the part finishes its shrinkage predictably and you can run a fixed cycle with confidence. An even cooling surface is what turns saved seconds into real output instead of a debt that gets paid later at the blow-molding station.
A Finish Built to Survive the Changeovers
We finish the plate with black anodizing, so it resists corrosion in the humid air of a bottling hall and resists the wear that comes with handling and repeated changeovers.
The Thousandth One Behaves Like the First
We verify every plate against the drawing and against a reference part before it ships. On a line that runs the same mold for years, that consistency is the whole point: the thousandth plate behaves like the first.
