Take-out Plate
The 35.9×136 take-out tube plays an important role in the post-mold cooling and handling stage of PET production. Its primary function is to support the transfer and thermal management of the preform after the injection mold opens. Efficient and controlled heat transfer at this stage helps maintain the amorphous structure of PET and minimize the risk of unwanted crystallization or whitening. The tube provides a precise contact interface that supports consistent heat transfer during the take-out process. For beverage producers, stable preform thermal conditions contribute to consistent clarity and mechanical properties during subsequent blowing and filling operations.

BJY Anti‑Rotation Blade for Krones
How much can a single production line stoppage cost a plant? Based on practical production experience, the cost is often higher than expected. That is why BJY developed the 84×4.2mm anti-rotation blade for Krones equipment, providing customers with a more reliable spare parts option.

Hard Anodized PET Molding Component
During the PET injection molding process, the Take-out Plate is subjected to continuous physical contact. Preforms, which are still warm and relatively soft, are pushed into the tube at high speed, held by vacuum, and then ejected. After thousands of cycles, this friction can gradually wear the inner surface of the tube. For the 51.2*166 specification, BJY uses advanced surface engineering treatment—specifica

BJY PET Mold Core
Melt goes in hot and leaves the machine as a firm tube. In between, the inside of a PET preform is being shaped by one part: the mold core. This one measures 49 × 258.76 mm and weighs 57 g. It is the inner forming member of a PET preform injection mold, made as a matched part for the tool it belongs to.

BJY 98 × 35.58 mm Neck Ring
A neck ring works under conditions that punish soft metal. The clamping unit closes two steel halves around the preform thousands of times per shift, and each closure is an impact. Foshan Baijinyi (BJY) builds this 98*35.58mm insert from mold steel hardened to HRC 53 and finishes the forming face with a DLC diamond coating. The production experience of the Foshan workshop since 2011 demonstrates why this combination should be adopted.
