Since 2011, BJY has developed its PET tooling expertise with the support of an engineering team with more than 20 years of industry experience. Each 500ml cavity is designed according to the customer's equipment parameters, bottle specifications, and installation requirements, helping achieve accurate mechanical compatibility with the corresponding blowing equipment and stable performance during production.
The design process includes verification of cavity geometry, critical dimensions, and external mechanical interfaces to reduce the risk of installation issues and ensure proper positioning during high-speed operation.
Material Selection and Thermal Management
BJY uses high-quality imported solid aluminum bars for the primary cavity body. The material provides excellent thermal conductivity and supports efficient thermal management during high-speed PET production.
The internal cooling circuits are designed according to the cavity structure to promote more uniform temperature distribution across the working surface. Effective cooling helps reduce the risk of deformation and other forming defects caused by uneven temperature conditions, supporting consistent bottle formation.
To improve surface durability, the cavity surface undergoes a specialized hard-anodizing process. This treatment increases surface hardness and resistance to wear and corrosion, helping maintain stable performance during long-term industrial production.
Operational Compatibility and Technical Support
Stable mechanical interfaces are important for the reliable operation of high-speed blowing equipment. BJY can incorporate Quick Change features into the cavity design to simplify mold installation and replacement while supporting repeatable positioning during maintenance and format changes.
Through precision CNC machining, BJY maintains consistent dimensional accuracy and repeatable cavity performance according to the specific requirements of each project. This approach allows customized cavities to operate reliably within the corresponding blowing system.
Before dispatch, each cavity undergoes a comprehensive quality inspection, including critical dimensional checks, cavity geometry verification, surface quality inspection, and surface roughness testing according to project requirements.
