BJY brings PET moulds to PLASTIMAGEN MEXICO 2026
PLASTIMAGEN MEXICO 2026 takes place at Centro Banamex in Mexico City. The show runs four days, from 10 to 13 November 2026. Foshan Baijinyi Precise Technology Co., Ltd. (BJY) has confirmed its participation and will be at Booth 366.
BJY started in Foshan in 2011. The company builds moulds for PET liquid packaging and has kept to that line. Beverage bottlers, water plants, edible oil fillers and home-care producers make up the customer base.
The range covers blow moulds, preform moulds and closure moulds, plus cores, neck rings and anti-rotation blades as spares. Blow moulds get a mirror polish on the forming surface. Bottle clarity and gloss depend on that polish. The mould body is hard anodised on the outside. Clamp changes then do less damage to it. Preform cores are machined in-house, which keeps dimensional consistency tied to our own machines and fixtures instead of an outside supplier. Neck rings are hardened to HRC 53 with a DLC coating, and a worn ring can be replaced on its own.
Monthly output is 500 cavities for blow moulds. Preform moulds reach the same 500 cavities. Closure moulds come in at 150 cavities. More cavities means more bench and trial-run hours, so a lead time is quoted against the actual mould structure.
Every mould is sampled on the in-house trial machine before shipment, where bottle shape and wall thickness distribution are checked. Technical and export staff will be on Booth 366 for all four days. Drawings are welcome, whether the topic is bottle development, cavity planning or machine compatibility. BJY invites visitors to stop by and talk through the project.
