The exhibition gathers packaging and processing companies across South America, with discussions often centered on real production challenges rather than formal presentations.
Brazil has been part of BJY’s market experience for several years, mainly through visits and customer meetings rather than exhibition participation. These experiences were focused on observing how PET packaging lines operate under continuous industrial conditions.
BJY originates from Foshan, China, where its production base is located in Sanshui District. The facility covers more than 4,000 square meters and is used for mold manufacturing, machining, and assembly.
PET preform molds, blow molds, cap compression molds, and precision components form the core of BJY’s production scope. These are designed for long-term operation in industrial packaging environments where stability is a key requirement.
Applications include beverage filling lines, edible oil packaging, pharmaceutical containers, and daily chemical products. Each application environment places different demands on production consistency and maintenance cycles.
In many cases, BJY’s work extends beyond manufacturing. Adjustments such as bottle structure optimization, preform design modification, and equipment adaptation are often required when existing production lines are upgraded without full replacement.
The company name “Baijinyi” comes from a Chinese expression meaning continuous step-by-step improvement, reflecting a long-term engineering approach focused on stability and refinement.
Over the years, BJY has developed cooperation with customers across South America, Europe, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and Africa, mainly driven by production-oriented requirements rather than standardized product supply.
