BJY Starts Internal Management Upgrade to Support Future PET Mold Production Growth

Recently, Foshan Baijinyi Precise Technology Co., Ltd. officially started a new internal management upgrade project as part of the company’s ongoing development plan.

Over the past few years, BJY has continued expanding its business in PET packaging molds and precision mold components. As production demand and project volume increase, the company believes that management improvement is becoming just as important as manufacturing capability itself.




BJY mainly focuses on PET preform molds, blow molds, cavities, mold shells, rotary moulds, and customized mold solutions used in the liquid packaging industry. Along with continuous market growth, the company is also paying more attention to production coordination, workflow efficiency, and communication between departments.

For this project, BJY invited an external professional consulting team to spend one week inside the company for research and evaluation. The purpose is not simply to introduce fixed management models, but to better understand the actual working situation inside the factory and gradually build a management system that matches the company’s own operational needs.


Several departments joined the discussions during the project launch and internal investigation process, including sales, production, operations, design, after-sales service, assembly, quality inspection, and administration teams. Employees also participated through feedback forms, departmental surveys, and face-to-face communication.


Many of the discussions focused on practical daily work topics, such as production coordination, information transfer, task scheduling, workflow connections between departments, and workshop communication efficiency.

During the investigation, BJY also reviewed some areas that may require further optimization as the company continues growing. In some positions, workloads have increased together with rising order volume. Certain production processes still need more detailed supervision, while communication and drawing updates between departments can also become more efficient in future operations.

According to the company, the following stage will focus more on improving coordination and execution efficiency through a gradually upgraded management structure. BJY also plans to strengthen digital management methods, improve workflow tracking, and continue optimizing internal communication processes while keeping enough flexibility for actual production conditions.


At the same time, the company will continue investing in employee training, talent recruitment, and production management support to help improve overall operational stability.

BJY stated that stable product quality and reliable delivery performance do not only depend on machining capability or mold design experience. Efficient teamwork, organized management systems, and clear production coordination are also important parts of long-term manufacturing development.

In the future, BJY will continue improving both production capability and internal management standards, aiming to provide more stable PET mold solutions and more reliable service support for customers in the global liquid packaging industry.
